Welcome. The Donna Jean Hair Restoration Clinic is a small sanctuary in Arlington, VA for Black, Brown, and Queer women across every chapter of their hair. I am Victor — V. Anthony publicly — the founder and sole practitioner. There are two kinds of care here under one roof: The Color Work (short-hair color, silver and gray transitions, and gender-affirming color) and The Restoration Work (trichological scalp care, custom cranial prostheses, and medical wigs for those navigating cancer treatment, alopecia, and other forms of hair loss). Whether the change is one you chose or one that chose you, you are held with the same hands.
