The Donna Jean Hair Restoration Clinic helps Black, Brown, and Queer women meet every change in their hair with clinical accuracy and cultural fluency. Chosen change, circumstantial change, or medical change: the same standard, the same room.
Founded by Victor Scotti, Jr. — Licensed Cosmetologist, Licensed Cosmetology Educator, Certified Cranial Prosthesis Engineer, and TRICARE-authorized provider — the Clinic offers six services across two kinds of care:
The Colour Work — cuts and dimensional colour, with a specialty in short hair, silver and grey composition, and natural texture.
The Restoration Work — clinical trichology assessments, recurring restoration therapy for thinning and alopecia, and bespoke medical wigs (cranial prostheses) for hair loss from chemotherapy, alopecia, scarring conditions, and other medical causes.
Local guests are seen in-suite at Sola Salon Studios in Arlington, Virginia. National patients are served remotely through Shipped Sanctuary — a vault-box delivery program for those who cannot travel for fittings.
How booking works: every new (colour) relationship begins with a form-based inquiry and a paid consultation. The consultation is its own appointment and is credited toward the cost of your first service if you move forward. The book is intentionally small. Returning guests rebook directly.
